The price you pay:
Rates quoted are per room, per night based upon the room occupancy selected (unless otherwise specified), subject to availability.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without any prior notice. Where breakfast is included in the price, this is based on the number of people booked in the room. The addition of any extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure.
VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable.
Offers are subject to availability and change. Only a certain number of rooms are available on selected dates.
Rates quoted are ‘from’ rates which represent the lowest price available throughout the duration of the promotion. Peak night supplements may apply and vary according to day of week and season. These rates are applicable for new bookings only. We reserve the right to amend offers as appropriate.
FREE cancellation or changes up to 12 Midday the day prior to your arrival date
Payment Information: A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking, subject to the cancellation policy above. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled and, where possible, contact will be made to the booker.
No shows: If you fail to check in by 11pm on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that you have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Check-In Times and Check-Out Times:
Check-in is between 2pm and 11pm and check-out is 11am. Your room may be available before 2pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and, if required, the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready.

Continental breakfast served to your room: Monday – Sunday 6:00am-9:30am.
Your personal information:
Headingley Lodge processes personal information collected from you for the purposes of providing the hotel and accommodation services that we have agreed with you and providing you with information about products and services we offer. We will not sell this information to any third party.
We monitor business calls for quality control and training purposes.
Children are classed as 2-12 years old, and will not be charged extra if booked in the family room with parents.
Children's breakfast is not included unless stated at the time of booking.
Infants under 2 years will be accommodated, where space allows, in a cot, free of charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotel is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms. A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
Under no circumstances may any person at the ground use a mobile telephone, computer or other kind of communication device either (i) to communicate or in any way transmit any form of commentary, data or other material in relation to a cricket match taking place at the ground for any kind of improper betting or other corrupt or unlawful purpose; or (ii) to conduct betting activity in a public pitch-facing part of the ground in a way which, in [the Club’s] (or its appointed nominee’s) option, otherwise brings the game or [the Club] into disrepute or which offends (or is likely to offend) other spectators.
We have our own car park, free of charge. Car parking maybe in a different area of the stadium due to fixtures taking place, this is still free for our hotel guests. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Headingley Lodge has a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for guide or assistance dogs.
Comments / Complaints:
In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the reception. Any verbal notification must be put in writing.

What infromation do we collect? How do we ust it?
When you order over our website we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiry date (and valid from date and issue number for Switch cards). This allows us to process and fulfil your booking and to notify you of the status of your booking. You will find that it is not compulsory to provide us with any additional information we request which is not necessary or reasonable in order to complete your transaction. We also ask for your telephone number and email address which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your booking.
When you register on the website or, during the process of booking a hotel room from the website and choose to receive further information from us, we may use the information you provide us with for the following purposes:-
- We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us to develop the design and layout of the website.
- Personal details may be for purposes such as notifying you of promotions, events, fixtures, which we think may be of interest to you.
- Leeds CF&A Co Limited will not put any information about you on general release nor will it sell such information. Personal data will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
- We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf such as analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and designing and operating our website. Such companies and individuals have access to your personal information for the purpose of carrying out this work only. These enterprises will not use your data for any other purpose. Under no circumstances will these enterprises use any additional data about you to which they are party for any other purposes.
